By accessing, registering for, or using the Kroupet telemedicine platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

Kroupet is a digital telemedicine platform operating in Cambodia that allows patients to connect with certified healthcare professionals. The Service includes:

• Patient and doctor account management
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Video consultations and in-person consultation support
• Medical record management and document sharing
• Prescription and medical document generation
• Payment processing for consultation fees

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@kroupet.com of any unauthorized access.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false information, including false medical credentials, may result in immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to the platform or its users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate a healthcare professional without valid credentials
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any user or healthcare provider
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or user data
• Share another person's medical or personal information without consent
• Record consultations without the explicit consent of all parties
• Scrape or extract data from the platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment manipulation

7. Doctor Obligations

• Hold and maintain a valid medical license recognized in Cambodia
• Provide accurate professional credentials and keep them up to date
• Comply with all applicable medical laws, ethics, and professional standards
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Notify Kroupet immediately in case of license suspension or revocation

8. Payments & Refunds

8.1 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are set by each doctor and displayed before booking.

8.2 Refund Policy

• Doctor cancellation: Full refund issued automatically
• Patient cancellation (more than 24h before): Full refund
• Patient cancellation (less than 24h before): No refund
• Patient no-show: No refund
• Platform technical failure: Full refund reviewed case-by-case

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of Kroupet are the exclusive property of Kroupet or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce any part without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kroupet regarding the Service.
